Prove there is price gouging.  That is illegal and if there is evidence prove it.

Do you understand how this works?  Gas stations purchase gas in advance.  They pay the market price.  By the time they get the gas delivered and ready for customers, they charge according to the price they pay for the gas.  So, if it was purchased and paid a week ago, the price at the pump will reflect what THEY paid for the gas.
