Thank you for this straightforward explanation. I suspected the word "exploit" in the original filing was doing a lot of work and was likely being used in the cyber context vice colloquial. Clever - you get the casual reader and partisans to say it's spying when the truth is that term is neutral in the realm of cyber analysis.[/quote]
