My thoughts exactly on the kitchen! Otherwise it's cute as a button though -- if I were single, I'd snap that up. The location is amazing and it's the rare 1 bedroom that might actually appreciate with time -- usually that's a savings vehicle only because they can be so hard to unload.[/quote]

Yeah, you can tell from the patio picture that the kitchen is in the dog leg. The house is already the most narrow of its style, only 12' feet wide. Attach an even narrower rear portion, and with counters and appliances, there's only a door's width of actual floor space in the kitchen. Galley-style kitchens can be really easy to work in, or really annoying, just depends on how it's configured. At least it's open on both ends (to the house, to the outside). I had an apartment galley kitchen that was just a dead-end interior space, no windows. Talk about questionable code compliance. [/quote]
