And you certainly don't need to have any water on hand. That is absolutely a choice you can make for yourself.

I lived in the Caribbean for a couple of years. We had numerous hurricanes including a category 5 hurricane. We didn’t have electricity or running water for over a MONTH. So I am well versed on how to prepare for a hurricane, thank you very much.[/quote]
