So, did the Charger hit Heather directly or one of the other cars?

These are pretty easy questions. It doesn't matter which car hit Heather. It matters which car caused Heather to be hit. The crowd behind the car didn't know he was going to reverse. [b]Normally when you have just caused a fatal accident, you don't flee from the scene.[/b]

If this is the depths of ignorance one must sink to excuse Fields from responsibility, it is obviously a very open and shut case.
