You seem to be new to this site, or have you not read the entire 61 pages of this thread? Anonymous posters speculate about every. single. news story they care about. Hence, the wild success of DCUM.

Since you're saying you're close to the referenced individuals on this thread, I take it that means the driver and/or the party host parents. You don't need to say if you think anyone who breaks the law should have any consequences. But perhaps if there were small consequences for small offenses, there wouldn't be these two dead boys today.

Nothing was said there about "criminal procedures" but you are of course welcome to explain whatever you like. Again.

Are you angry that people want there to be real consequences for these crimes? Not just a slap-on-the-wrist fine? Serious law-breaking does typically have serious consequences for regular people in the United States. Few normal people are as 'privileged' (aka wealthy) and friends with politicians, as others may be.

Justice should prevail, don't you think? Any political maneuvering in this case will make a mockery of the American system of justice. It's happened before, and can certainly happen here.
