Are you talking about offering dual enrollment for [i]any[/i] who need that additional rigor, or just those who don't have a cohort at their home school to support an on-site class?  The latter is a huge equity issue, placing the burden of dual enrollment logistics disproportionately on those least able to be able to handle that while providing the advantage of on site disproportionately to those with means.

Leaving it to outside enrichment tilts things even more in favor of those with means.[/quote]
