You have no idea.  The people of Lebanon are being killed.  They are scared and angry (how would you feel if you apartment is blown up). This is NOT a precision campaign.  The Lebanese - many of whom were not anti Israel - are now anti Israel.  Hatred begets more hatred.  [/quote]

Israel occupied Lebanon and committed the normal atrocities Israel commits. The Lebanese people hate Israel for what they did and are still doing to the Lebanese people.

Hezbollah launched 8,000 rockets into Israel. Their rocket launches are indiscriminate and are therefore war crimes.

They have the support of 15% of the population of Lebanon.

Nonsense. You and I both know this wouldn't happen. Hezbollah lobs missiles at Israel because they know those missiles won't land and there won't be consequences. It's a war game.

If the air defense system were gone, Hezbollah would engage in some other "Hey we're here" methodology. Israel has nukes. They wouldn't risk the return. No one wants everything to blow up. It's just threatening posturing. [/quote]
