Helpful hints: When a person says household, they're talking about households. When a person says driver, they're talking about individual people. When a person says resident, they're also talking about individual people.

Not PP but many of us here understand that. But there is one person here really struggling with the concept of averages and now, apparently, households. These are pretty critical concepts for having the discussion.[/quote]
