The filing seems to be requesting a termination of the conservatorship and an accounting of how it has operated. I think this could have been avoided. I don’t think Michael trusted the Tuoyh’s since the Blind Side movie (I hated it) and I think the Tuoyh’s felt insulted that Micheal was asking them questions about the conservatorship. I don’t think they set out to financially exploit him but ultimately this is what the wife is doing.

Since this story broke I believe we have only heard from Sean and the book’s author (a family friend) and according to them Oher has been demanding money otherwise he will go public with his story. Sean says he has family group chat from at least 2020. It also appears that Oher asked for an explanation about the conservatorship and how it has worked over the years and none was provided.[/quote]

To me it sounds like the Touhys got mad Oher was a little too “uppity.”
