Not the impacts on the destinations in the USA.  Trump's fly them to Florida was not flying random illegal immigrants- they planned to go to Florida.  Hoyer is from Maryland.  Maybe he'll ask for Trump to fly some to Maryland and Kaine/Connolly will put in for VA.  The illegal immigrants choose destinations in the USA.
