That's funny, I've found that the real screamers at BSC care far more about winning than they do developing kids.

We've been at Bethesda for years and years with multiple kids, and I can't generalize about the temperaments of the coaches who have helped our kids the most. They have ranged from foul-mouthed yellers to zen types at the extremes. I think at all clubs it's extremely important to make your own assessment because even very reasonable people can have vastly different reactions to coaches. [/quote]
