Listen, I myself don't like Quan, but the training is very good.

You don't have to like Quan but his decisions are always soccer decisions. .
My 2 cents - he should not be coaching anyone 12 and younger. he can be scary and very intimidating, which makes kids scared of him and they sometimes shutdown because of it. stay away from him if you can. My kid is way happier with in Arlington.
I can't disagree more, my kids started at age 7 with Quan and they can't get enough of the training. He is direct so I you are raising a snowflake, you are screwed. But I've never seen him be mean to anyone and I've sat through hundreds of his training sessions. They normally operate out of NOVA field house and they are surrounded by parents, if he was truly mean to the kids someone would have called him out. If you don't like him, don't go because they have no shortage of players trying to get into the program, but from my experience it is top quality training and all the coaches have been excellent.
