It takes time to develop the stick skills and game IQ. Boys have better chance if they pick it up late as opposed to girls (for girls stick skills much more important and difficulty higher) but regardless only a truly exceptional athlete can pick up lax this late and make any impact. Being a basketball player def helps.[/quote]
