I think people who read the Podesta emails on WikiLeaks jumped to some conclusions.  If you read the twitter.com/#podestaemails this was a common theme in the comments. It is clear that Podesta and friends were talking in some kind of code--and, apparently some people jumped to the conclusion that it was pedophilia because of one comment about someone's guests at a pool party.  There was also the discussion of "spirit cooking" at a dinner with this Marina person.  She is a performance artist who is friends with POdesta, et.al.  I find her performance art distasteful, but apparently this circle of people really liked her.  It appeared to be some sort of inside joke.

They really did seem to be talking in code to me, although I'm sure the code had nothing to do with child abuse. But you can see how such strange conversation, once exposed (which it shouldn't have been), could lend itself to conspiracy theories. [/quote]
