Or better yet, tell any business person, regardless of color, to toss their morning coffee and breakfast.

IDGAF if it's the "law" or not.  I've been stuck on those trains too many times not to have an emergency bottle of water and food in my bag.  Also, I never think twice about eating or drinking on the train.  If a cop told me to throw my stuff away, I'd probably laugh in his face and get arrested.  Like for real?  How about you go look for the real criminals... the rapists, those attacking people for no reason, the thugs who hang out at the fare machines to grab money and run, etc.  Food crumbs on those POS trains is the least of their worries.  Did they even have one line that ran smoothly every morning last week or this week?

DC's new head guy seems great.  Now he needs to bring in some help from NYC and Chicago to teach these idiots how to run a mass transportation system.  First rule... don't buy trains with GD carpet!      [/quote]
