It's mostly apartments and condos. Tbh, most of the kids at our school are coming from the apartments, while the condos are mostly occupied by folks without kids. I think the issue in our neighborhood that causes the school kids to be less diverse than the overall population is that most of the young white people don't have kids or have babies.[/quote]
