I seriously can not act. I would suck at this stuff.
Me too. Can't act. Feel corny and stupid also feel ugly because when I usually see women in these get ups they have perfect bodies. I out the outfits on and only see my flab and saggy boobs makes me feel worse.
My husband bought me a leather bra, crotch less leather pants, and stiletto heels. I have a seriously flabby stomach and cellulite issues. Had no interest in putting them on, but I did. Holy hell my husband was done in like 3 minutes. He LOVED seeing me in them (even though I was kinda mortified). Took me a while to realize that he didn't want to do it with some random hot chick in leather, he wanted to do it with ME in leather. Try it. You may be surprised at the results.
This is so true. My DH hasn't expressed interest in role playing or costumes, but I've tried spicing things up with slutty lingerie. I am not hot. I have, like, 3 bellies. :) But he went freaking nuts. Surpassed my wildest expectations. With the obligatory caveat for unhappy marriages, men want their wives. Whatever fantasies they have, they would rather fulfill with their wives than random hotties/daughter's friends ( at that - come on, people, really?). I would never say it's the wife's fault if the husband cheats, but I do think that a pattern of rejection in the bedroom, whether of sex in general or particular sexual requests, can make him feel unwanted and unappreciated in a way that increases the likelihood he'll look elsewhere. I just do not get the unwillingness to engage and explore with your husband this way.
