This is OP. Look. after two kids and nursing, the ladies are showing the effects. I still feel sexy and we have a great sex life but... it's actually more aesthetic and how I look outside the bedroom. That's why my husband says its' ridiculous but I do think I'd feel more confident to fill out.
Get some "cutlets" and stuff your bra, if it's purely a matter of aesthetics outside the bedroom. https://smile.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=bra+gel+inserts Google "botched boob job" etc. and really look at the possible downsides to this. Consider whether or not you enjoy having sensitive boobs, as you may lose some nerve sensation. Understand that you will likely need your boobs enhanced more than once; follow-up/revision surgeries years later are pretty common with this procedure. You will have visible scars. Yes, current implants and techniques are worlds better than they were, but this is a surgical procedure, and anyone who ever sees your boobs in decent lighting will know. And yes, I'm into women, and have seen and played with a few pairs. Understand that the aesthetics of your new boobs won't even fully kick in for a year, as there will be swelling, drainage, etc. you'll need to deal with. Understand that your new boobs may be uneven, sit unnaturally, and look "weird" even if they're done correctly. Consider how active you are, and are likely to be. Having implants may affect this. Consider counseling for your self-esteem, because changing your body isn't necessarily going to change your mind. Please note that none of these things have effall to do with your spouse's opinion. While I think it would be wise to have further conversation(s) with him to fully understand his position, I believe in body autonomy. They're your boobs, so it's your call. But really think about what it could cost you. It's not just money.
OR they could turn out great. I'm bisexual and have never encountered a fake pair ad you describe above. I'very been shocked at how the scars are indetectable. Most educated women in this area go to great suegeons. Botched booby jobs happen when women go too big, are smokers, heavy drinkers, use surgeons with a poor track record or inadequate credentials, or a number of preventable reasons such as not listening to the advice of the doctor. This is nowhat a common procedure.
