Other than the nuggets, you haven't mentioned anything with gluten. I would look for subs that your kids like as much as possible, incorporate hamburgers into several meals, keep something they'll eat on the table every meal (e.g. Fruit salad) and then offer them a cheese sandwich in the room if they are still hungry.
