Wow. This is something i've never considered but it makes a lot of sense. She was never the same after that ended, right? I always wondered what damaged her (other than being a child star) and this make a lot of sense.

Either way, I believe he's guilty of being abusive. She must have way more on him if she came out so strong from the gate. People doubted the Mel Gibson thing when it first came out and only believed it after hearing the disgusting tapes. I think  his ex-wife came out as well and said he never physically abused her. Mel's career has never recovered. Gosh, I hope Amber doesn't release tapes of a slurring Depp. (But I'd be willing to bet that she has some.)[/quote]
