This is the thing that baffles me about medical costs and insurance. How is the range of prices so insanely wide? And why can my insurance not give me a clue about what will be covered? Nothing I love more than calling for pre-approval for something and have the insurance rep verbally shrug their shoulders. Thank you!  :roll: [/quote]
