They signed everyone up at exorbitant prices based on certain promises and then-existing service levels, which were great at the time, but now there is very little classes and services. Terribly managed. I can only surmise that they are running out of money and cutting services deeply to survive. It's like a skeleton crew in there right now.[/quote]
