[/quote] I like bed on Mt Hood for six years and had to snowshoe to my house six months out of the year. I had to build snow stairs to get from the road to the house. I know snow. Wet, dense Oregon snow. If the guy is shoveling a paved surface as often as op says he is then a push shovel will do the job. [/quote]
