I'd wager that vast majority of residency cheats from MD and VA are DC municipal employees. Of course many work in DCPS - their friend is the one responsible for reviewing residency documents. If a principal want to keep their job, they ignore the cheating otherwise they'll be labeled a "rat." And then you have the case of the two MPD cops who got busted last year. The system is rotten to the core. And don't get me started on all the District employees who have handicapped placards.....ugh. [/quote] Why don't you go ahead and get started on that.
