There are rich 24 year olds, usually a combination of family money and doing well in school which leads to an instantly well paying job. Even if they're only upper middle class with a lot of disposal income at that age, it's still far preferable to be with a hot 20 something with extra cash then a 45 year old who has a house. [/quote]
