You clearly have never lived in New England.  There are prep schools there that have existed for a hundred years.  And they absolutely provide a superior education.  And they get 20+ kids into ivy league schools out of a single class of fewer than 200.  And the kids that go to these schools have no concept of money. They are the kids of the creme de la creme and people who make millions and billions.
