I do not care that she prioritized her work over her family, but her "oh it is so easy" when she can hire tons of help and break her own rules ( working from home, bringing kids to work) has the potential to negatively Impact how workers treat parents.  The U.S. is already so behind when it comes to flexibility for parents.  [/quote]

I'm sorry, where does she say "oh it's so easy?" Would it be professional for a new CEO to go on and on about her personal problems? As a professional woman, I would not do that if I were her-- it's one thing when you are older, like the Pepsi CEO who spoke recently about work life balance.  And maybe Sheryl Sandberg since she's made it part of her career (and she's not the CEO).

I doubt she is still bringing her child to work.  I'm sure it was a temporary thing while her baby was small.

Are you  smoking crack? People complain and protest and disparage that corporate bloating all the time. When companies are downsizing and the head honchoes get everything and the worker bees, who do all the damn work, get left out in the cold -- you don't hear people complain about this????
