Different PP.  Yes it is lying.  There are no personal exemptions, there are religious exemptions.  Those are for people belonging to an organized Faith that proscribes the use of vaccines.  And note that the Catholic Church is not one of those.  The Pope has explicitly stated that the Church position does not condone exemptions due to the origin of the vaccines.  However, if you do belong to an organized religion where the institution bans the use of vaccines, then you sign the form.  If you have a personal belief that you feel needs to be addressed, you need to find a medical doctor for your child who will sign off on the medical exemption.  To sign the religious exemption form when you are not an adherent of an organized religion that proscribes the use of vaccines is in fact, lying.

I have never been a Christian, and certainly do not care what the Pope preaches.  Religion, as far as I am concerned, is a bunch of made up non-sense that someone who was probably hallucinating made up.[/quote]
