I guess the difference is that my first time had some build up to it. The guy I was with was very much into me, had pursued me for months and had made his feelings for me crystal clear.  I felt so loved and accepted by him but he was not the only guy I was seeing - which I also made crystal clear to him.  At any rate, one night things just went deeper between the two of us and I knew that I was ready. I just felt like...even if I screw this up and don't do it "right" this first time he is still going to be completely into me.  And boy was he.  We did become an item afterwards and I did fall in love with him too. So overall it was a pretty big deal in my life even though it didn't last..[/quote]
