I ask because I am a new poster with very similar timing as you (5 weeks, 6 days today) and on my ultrasound yesterday the technician was certain I was too early to see a heartbeat. We only saw a fetal sac and I was told to come back at 7 weeks. Is your timing the same? If so, I think it is way too early still...unless your doctor thinks otherwise...in which case I am so sorry.[/quote]
