Again, 100 families at the school didn't move from MD into DC and then opt not to change plates. These people live in MD, and commute their kids in.  The brouhaha isn't about that, and if you ARE that family, why don't you scream that out your window when you drop off your kids along with your foul words. "Hey b----!  I was parking here - oh and post=script, even though m plates are MARYLAND, I'm only committing registration fraud, not residency fraud - so suck it!!" [/quote]
