It includes a very limited number of townhouses, and a ton of apartments and condos. McNair has some single family homes, but also a ton of townhouses, condos and apartments. In many cases, there are multiple family groups in these residences, further increasing the numbers. Just down the street, Floris is under capacity, with nary an apartment in it's boundary.
