What discomfort are you feeling?  If it's upper back pain, recent studies are showing the correlation between large breast size and upper back pain is a myth.

I'm the PP who said it's more comfortable to wear a bra.  I don't have back pain.  I have E boobs, yikes (I am not overweight - it's actually pretty crappy because you look like either a wannabe stripper or super matronly).  My pain is not back pain, it's more the weight of the boobs.  So, imagine a bag full of something heavy like water that goes up and down while you step or walk/run.  It kind of feels like the bottom will fall out.  Unpleasant, to say the least.[/quote]
