RP is about as easy as a commute from Fallsgrove as Beall or College Gardens would be, and certainly much closer than Twinbrook. [/quote] The rezoning process involves lots and lots and lots of meetings. So you don't have to wait to see how they redistrict. You can get directly involved. How do you want MCPS to do it?
