Anonymous wrote: Anonymous wrote: Anonymous wrote: Anonymous wrote: The Western countries created Israel. They basically took the problem of Europe and threw in in Asia. No one asked the permission of Palestine and other Arab countries to take their land and create Israel. So, there is no way the bloodshed will ever stop. And there is no way that this violence and terrorism will not effect US and Europe as well. When you take away everything from people - they have nothing left to live for. These people become terrorists and suicide bombers because the worst has already happened to them. The vast majority of people in history have not reacted to change in this way. The history of America is built on people who came here after they "had everything taken away from them" and decided to start over, make the most of life and what the world had to offer. Sorry, there is no excuse for their behavior. What a bad example, these newcomers did so based on the decimation of the native people already here. From 1492 onward. Give Isreal enough centuries and they will wipe out all the natives too and be able to whitewash their history with the same lame BS. I'm talking about our lifetimes. America TODAY is full of people who came here because life in their own country simply was not livable anymore. They moved on and made a new life for themselves. They didn't say, "I will never be whole again. I will inflict pain and suffering on others around me until the day I die" the way you describe. In other words, they had a healthy reaction to loss, and did not react the way the Palestinians YOU DESCRIBE are reacting. (I have no idea if you speak for Palestinians or are an armchair justifier of violence.) Are you offering to take them in? They don't want to live here. They want to live on their own land. Niw if they want to come here find. Let them pick two or three states and resettle. It would be great if there was some way of off setting the pro Israel vote in congress. Could you image how fast Israel would sue for pestopwatch out the US support. We should stop the support for Israel. Stop all aid and demand all loans are paid back immediately. Israel must stop all settlements, dismantle the current settlements, give every palistinians in the occupied territories the right to vote, and pay reparation. They are our ally -- why would we do that? We need allies in that part of the world. Not going to happen.
They are not our ally. To be an ally you have to have some thing the other partner wants or needs. They are client state where we for some reason do not tell them what to do. The state of Israel is against the the interst of the US.
