There is an area north of Massachusetts -- I wouldn't call it Spring Valley, maybe Ward Circle -- that is in-boundary for Mann and Deal. If you live there and go to Mann you have the right to attend Hardy as your feeder school and Deal as your in-boundary school.[/quote]
