In a lot of cases, I think they depend on the PTA or individual parents to create & maintain their websites. If you have parents with not only the skills but the time, then it's a simple matter; if you don't, it's a lot harder. If funds are tight, neither the PTA nor the schools is gonna want to spend money on hiring someone to build the website.[/quote]
