She has never worked an evening or weekend. That is why it is hard for her to catch up. We have other employees (myself included) who take time off for various reasons not child related who still manage to get the work done. None of us have taken time off during this busy season. I have trips planned in both March and April and planning for it accordingly.[/quote]
