Most parents have lots of confidence in their kid. Sure does feel good, doesn't it? You need never know about the abortions, only the depression, eventually.
If you're speaking about your own experience with abortion you should qualify your statement. I had an abortion as a teen in college and though I was sad about it, I was not and am not depressed about it.
Nope, personally haven't had an abortion. The people I know who have, have also subsequently battled emotional difficulties. Good that you managed to avoid those problems.
I, too, had an abortion in college, and I was fine. So were several of my friends.
How many of your friends told you about their abortions?
I'm the bolded poster, and since in my circle of friends there's no judgment for doing whats best for one's life, or one's body, people feel free and not ashamed to say if they have had an abortion, or taken anti-depressants, or other issues some people might shame them for. So, I'd say that 90% of my friends, 100% of my cousins, and 100% of my sisters (I have 3) have told me about their abortions.
