I am afraid I don't believe you...especially if you are going to tell me you were pleasantly surprised.  How could all of your concerns been addressed?  I just got off the phone with a guy there.  Even though they allegedly upgraded me to Next Day Overnight, I walked into FedEx here to se if I could get them to hold it at the facility if it arrived tomorrow and FedEx told me that they shipped it FedEx Ground which is not FedEx Overnight at all.  Questions answered?  Concerns addressed?  There are no answers.  It's Friday....14 days after I ordered my cards.  Monday, the first day they can possibly be delivered now is the day before Xmas Eve.  It is a crying shame.  And I am embarrassed about not having gotten my cards out.  If I am lucky now, people may get them next Friday or Saturday.  My concerns aren't address...no offense, maam.[/quote]
