All this is true, as far as it goes. But the population who can muse over the relative merits of buying a $1.2 million house in the South Lakes district vs the Madison district has NOT seen a decline in wage and employment. So the anxiety and hand-wringing among this crowd is completely out of touch with reality.[/quote]
