Bizzarely, this means that if you start at week 1, and there are KNOWN HOLIDAYS during that period, these count as "cancelled classes."  For example, during the class session I took, they cancelled the first class for Mother's Day and the second  class for Memorial Day... then, there was another missed session for rain, but because there were already two "missed" classes, they would not make it up.
