Other Posters:  The price is about right for the area, but house needs work.

Booster: Why not just look into PH, it's just right there 5 min away and the school is much better than Mclean and prices are cheaper.  (I am being more civil than some of these posts)

OP: I have looked at this area and others, but we really narrowed it down to this one, thanks.

Booster: You know PH will be closer to Tysons and Mosaic district is the bomb, you will be rich if you buy an SFH there, it will be like a new Arlington.
