Nothing makes me crazier than someone who's supposed to be a judge/lawyer/doctor/detective/scientist making this mistake. I can suspend my disbelief around surgeons being anorexic ditzes, but this just kills it! Easy way to remember is to always keep the pronoun next to the verb (assuming you are capable of subject-verb agreement, of course): Jane and I went to the store. The cashier gave the bag to me and Jane.[/quote]
