There are like less than 1% of Feds who have TSP accts of a 1 mil or more. OP probably made the bulk of their money in private sector and was smart enough to get into the govt for the stability and/or mission. [/quote] Actually I just realized those were joint savings and CSRS means PP has been a Fed for over 25 years and might have a high earning spouse who works outside of govt.
