Would you report the family after hearing the conversation from the boy - a boy that you have known for some time?  What if I reported the family and it turns out that his dad lives in DC?  I have no idea if it is anonymous to report someone but I'm not going to report this incident.  I would feel ridiculous to go the principal and say, "Oh, little Johnny over there just mentioend that he moved to Bowie. I think you should make sure that he is really a resident now."  The teachers heard the conversation also. I think if he truly is not a resident then someone will turn them in.[/quote]

You should feel ridiculous- goofball! That's not how reporting works. It's not rocket science- you call the OSSE and post anonymously. They take it from there. You cheaters are trying to make the process seem really hard to turn people off. It's not!![/quote]
