What kind of person thinks like this?
You don't get to where Musk is without exploiting workers, rules, regs. He's worth over a trillion when people are homeless and dont have enough to eat. He's a sociopath. Further, he could give back way more than he does now. The fact he doesn't speaks volumes of his morality and humanity.
How did he exploit workers? Did he put a gun to their head and force them to work at the company? They could have quit at anytime. You’re just Aaother clueless socialist lib who survives on govt handouts. Go get a job.
SpaceX lives on government handouts
Bunch of clueless libs on this thread. It’s not a handout if the company is providing a service/product for the govt. Do you expect SpaceX to transport govt satellites to orbit and astronauts to the ISS for free? SpaceX does it cheaper and faster than the govt could ever do in its wildest dreams. Now welfare is a govt handout. The govt gets nothing in return except more single mothers with lots of babies who are dependent on the govt.
This.
SpaceX did it “cheaper” because it was subsidized by Musk alonger investors pouring money in with the expectation of a gritty payout, which they got (NASDAQ rules say hello). The explosions and bailouts that SpaceX weathered would have cause any politically sensitive govt program to be shutdown. That’s why it survived. SpaceX is a fine businesses but not that profitable. Starlink is good but a lot of competition is coming online.
grifty payout
