Blackberries off.[/quote] +1,000,000 Most agencies did see this coming and are understaffed, so people are doing double job loads (I know DH has been for three years now) and are under pressure not to take any leave at all because the work just snowballs. I won't love the hit in pay or benefits but it will definitely be a relief to be able to actually not be expected to be working 24-7.[/quote]
