They are not  kids. They are adults who terrorized others. Tired of the infantilization of these loose cannon nut jobs. Adam Lanza, Tyler Robinson,  and Thomas Mathew Crooks were all called “kids”. They were old enough to join the military if they had a trigger finger. [/quote]

But if they are below age 26, it has repeatedly been scientifically established they are still juveniles, since we now know the brain does not fully develop until after that age.  Thus, humans below that age cannot fully comprehend the consequences of their actions.
